Ordinarily we are shooting for one post per day, given the breadth of most of them (translation, we’re long-winded, and we embrace that : ). But this is an exception, because we want everyone to know about it right away. Greg Hill, ex-pat Pittsburgher and owner of the best wiener place in the Greater D.C. area,* is opening up on game days for a special Steelers bar experience. Going Deep is going to be the official site of the WC Steeler Club (“WC” stands for “Wiener’s Circle,” the name of the establishment.) Here’s the flyer. *I admit I have not exhaustively researched wiener places in the Greater DC area, or any area for that matter. But I thought it was pretty awesome, and he gets an average of 4.5 out of 5 stars on Google Reviews, so there’s that : )
