Two main types of players on the Ravens. Those who remember the rivalry and those who desperately want to have a job next year. Both will play hard till the final whistle. Our guys better be ready to play and they better remember to keep the pedal to the metal once they get a lead. The Ravens are not good atm and that is the type of team the Steelers don’t take seriously enough.

On superstitions:

Reading the comments during and after last week’s game on BTSC, I am amazed by how many people admitted to changing some routine or the other at the end of the first half an attempt to influence that game. These included small things like changing seating positions on the couch, one person started doing their laundry and wouldn’t stop until the game was done, and Mechem did…well…Mechem things. I myself decided to cook dinner at half time (which I normally wouldn’t do because it would upset the Karmic balance of the game or disturb the Force or some such thing, but this game needed it).

The good news is that it all worked. 🙂
